Did you know the old LA Times Printing Press was transformed into The Press? This old property has been reimagined into a progressive mixed-use office and retail space with restaurants, shops and even a Zen garden. We worked on that!
From ruins to reinvention. The old Seaport Marina Hotel finally came down and the epic 2nd & PCH complex was born. Five acres of high-end retail and restaurants will surely be a hang-out hub for Long Beach. We’re proud of this one!
